Oh Hey Friday!

Why yes, yes it does!  Alright well welcome Friday!

Sorry for being MIA the last two days.  Basketball has kicked my butt this week and left me super tired the last two nights.  But I was able to throw together a very quick version of my Oh Hey Friday tradition! :)

[one] Basketball is officially over and I am done with athletics for the rest of the school year!  No more 4:20 am wake up calls for me! :)  I could not be happier about this.

[two]  I saw a preview for the Real Housewives of Dallas and it looks so GOOD!!!! I'm even more excited that we have an official premier date....come on April 11th!

[three] My favorite TV shows came back this week.  I will have the best weekend ever playing catch up!

[four] The announcement that Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is going to be released as a novel has all my Harry Potter dreams coming true.  I hated the fact that the play was only going to happen in London, but this more than makes up for it.  Also I think it's 100% appropriate that the book is going to be released on July 31st.  And if you don't realize the same thing, I'm gonna need you to read Harry Potter ASAP.

[five] This week has been exhausting.  I'm so glad it's Friday.  I have zero big plans this weekend (yes even though it's Valentine's Day).  I think I may treat myself to another movie in honor of being alone on the day of love, because I love myself and until I meet someone worth sharing the day with, I think I'm ok with that.

So happy Valentine's Day to all of you who have someone special to share it with and to those of us who don't but love ourselves enough to know that he's out there somewhere! :)

Have a great Friday friends!

  1. I honestly don't know how I feel about The Cursed Child. I really wish J.K. Rowling would go the prequel route instead. I would love to read about the original Order of the Phoenix. I really hated the Epilogue at the end of Book 7 so I'm not sure how I feel about a Book 8. I'll still read it though :)

  2. i used to go to the movies all the time by myself! haha. no shame. especially when P&P came out because no one wanted to see it 75 times with me. weird.

i am intrigued by the 8th book (harry's birthday woo i got it). hopefully it is good. i know a lot of people hated the epilogue at the end of book 7 but i loved it because i'm a sucker for a good epilogue!

  4. So excited about RHOD! I read the biographies on E! and it seemed like there weren't a ton that were actually native Texans. I guess I'll just have to wait and see! Hooray for being done with athletics! I know it's been so tiring for you, so hopefully this will give you the opportunity to enjoy the last little bit of the school year! So excited for the newest HP book too! I need to go and preorder it!
